Ask for the least costly electronic form and approval before fees exceed a stated amount. No flat fee for a Lincoln County jail log is published. K.S.A. 45-221 permits restrictions for certain records, but that does not make every booking close field part of a closed investigative file.

Likewise, KASPER applies to people connected with KDOC systems and should not be used as a county-jail release log. The KBI registry applies only when a registration duty exists.
